1. How much does shipping cost?

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)

Standard Shipping Time: 5-8 business days
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the a tracking number and correspond link.If you didn't receive it, you probably listed it as spam. You may also track your order at https://www.17track.net/en with the tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or make change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1. Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following details:
- Your order number
- SKU number of the product which you need to return or exchange
- Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also need to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
Please use registered mails with online delivery tracking number for returns. If the returned order could not be tracked during transit, a safe reception could not be guaranteed by us. We hope for your understanding on this.
In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement. If you choose refund, we will refund the original product price.
If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.
All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.
